Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If delivery to your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

The final delivery cost may depend on the delivery address, order value, weight, delivery method, or available courier options.

Any available free shipping offer, discount, or promotion will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Please check your order details carefully. If you notice an error in your delivery address or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may not be able to amend an order once it has been processed or dispatched.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided by email or through your order confirmation page.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Delivery Details

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

ARTE Aesthetics Medical is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery details provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or not collected, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the courier or postal service may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel from a local depot or collection point.

It is your responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions within the required timeframe.

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Delayed Orders

We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery delays can sometimes happen.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first, if available.

If you still need help, please contact us with your order number and delivery details.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may need to investigate the issue with the courier or postal service before offering a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Please note that courier investigations can take time, and we appreciate your patience while the matter is being reviewed.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the outer packaging

  • photos of the delivery label

  • photos of any inner packaging

This helps us investigate the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item received so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and may offer:

  • a replacement product where suitable

  • a partial shipment of available items

  • cancellation of the unavailable item

  • a refund for the unavailable item

Split Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, we may occasionally dispatch items separately depending on availability, stock location, or delivery requirements.

If this happens, you will not usually be charged extra shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Restricted Items

Some products may be subject to delivery restrictions due to safety, hygiene, medical, regulatory, or courier requirements.

If we are unable to ship a product to your address, we will contact you and arrange a suitable solution where possible.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer standard international shipping through our website.

If international delivery becomes available in the future, additional charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local restrictions may apply. These would be the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Click and Collect

If click and collect or collection from our clinic/studio is available, this option will be shown at checkout or confirmed directly with us.

Please wait for confirmation before collecting your order.

You may be asked to show your order confirmation or proof of identity when collecting.

Returns

Shipping-related returns are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will usually be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will advise you on the next steps and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate.
